Exhibitor Fee: $55

Accepted Art Categories
Multidimensional Art:
• Sculpture, ceramics, pottery, textiles, woodworking, glass artistry, jewelry
2D Art:
• Painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, collage, fluid art
Weather & Refunds
• There is no rain date.
• In the event of cancellation, entry fees are non-refundable and will still be directed toward the relief effort.
• Artists will have the option to donate a portion of sales, but this is not required.
Artwork Criteria
• All work must be original and created by the exhibiting artist.
• Artwork will not be juried, but entries will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the event’s inclusive and community-focused mission.
• Artists must submit three JPEG images of their work for committee review before registration is confirmed.
• Commercial goods, reproductions, and mass-produced items are not permitted.
Booth Setup & Requirements
• Tents are required and must be staked and weighted (per Town of Windham regulations)
• No power, tables, or tents provided
• Booth size: 10' x 10' max
• Setup begins at 8:00 AM
• Artists are responsible for their own display, sales, and cleanup
