About the Young Artist Music Competition
Since 1987, the Young Artist Music Competition has provided young musicians from across Connecticut the opportunity to perform for distinguished adjudicators and receive recognition for their musical achievements. As we approach our 40th Annual Competition in 2027, we are also planning for the future. Beginning in 2028, key funding sources will be depleted. We are building a sustainable fundraising program to support awards, adjudication, venue costs, and future growth.
